Every product we ship solves one problem well. We don't bolt on features to justify a price increase. We don't build dashboards nobody checks. We build the thing you actually need — and then we make it fast, reliable, and honest about what it costs.
If our software helps you do your job better, that's the whole point.
Pricing & Payments
Each product has its own pricing — typically a generous free tier and a straightforward monthly or annual subscription. No hidden fees. No surprise charges. All prices are displayed within each product before you pay anything. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Legal
You can cancel any subscription at any time from within the product or by emailing support@normanadvisoryllc.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that.
If you're unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund. No hoops, no forms. If it's been longer than 14 days, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to make it right.
Free tiers and free trials do not require payment information and incur no charges.

Norman Advisory LLC respects your privacy. Here's what we collect and why:
Account information: When you sign up for a paid product, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: We collect anonymized usage data (feature usage, error logs) to improve our products. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies: Our products may use cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
Email tracking (LookSignals & NeverMiss): These products inject tracking pixels into emails you send. The tracking data (open timestamps, device info) is stored on our servers and accessible only to the sender. We do not share this data with third parties.
Data deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@normanadvisoryllc.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Third-party services: We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase and Railway for hosting, and Cloudflare for content delivery. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.

By using any Norman Advisory LLC product, you agree to these terms.
Service availability: We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
Acceptable use: You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to reverse-engineer our software.
Intellectual property: All products, code, designs, and content remain the property of Norman Advisory LLC. Your subscription grants you a license to use the product — not ownership of it.
Limitation of liability: Norman Advisory LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
